Boutique Hotel | 6-Story Podium | Eclectic Contemporary

As the second hotel in the chain, this five story courtyard building reflects its Hollywood context. Bright red paint covers a stucco facade that pays homage to its neighboring structures built in the early 1900s. Facility features 40 luxury hotel suites and 17 serviced condominiums, lounge, restaurant and three levels of subterranean parking. This project was designed while working with Scheurer Architects in Newport Beach, CA.
